Optional paid plans (e.g. FinEx Pro) may be billed monthly or annually. Features may vary by plan and region. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law or at our discretion. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We may use your data to provide features (e.g., insights, reports, AI summaries) and to measure or improve marketing and advertising performance. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• We may share data with trusted processors strictly to operate the service.
• Your financial data is encrypted and stored securely.

• Account deletion initiates a hard‑delete of your personal data subject to legal obligations and backup retention policies.
• Data export is planned and coming soon—Pro plans will include one‑click export functionality.
• You can update your profile, currency, and settings at any time.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Service features

FinEx provides financial tracking, analytics, AI insights, and group expense splitting features. We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, modified, or removed over time.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will strive to communicate material changes in advance via this site or in‑app notices. Your continued use of FinEx after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of FinEx are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service.

Termination

You may stop using FinEx at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data according to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

Disclaimer of warranties

FinEx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the service. You use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FinEx.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws where you reside unless otherwise required by law. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
